What I always do when I get a new pans of paint. Though these watercolors were not expensive, they are working great and, there's something very exotic about using something made in another country besides china. The pan has the names of the colors marked in German. Even Charvin Paris is made in China. #colleenshannonart #neworleansartist #watercolor #sketchbook
