Chicken. Sketchbook. After painting the watercolor chicken previously, I came upon an empty page in my sketchbook and felt compelled to fill it. So, I very rapidly painted “chicken”. I kind of really like him.

SOLD. Black bird sketch from a sketch. 7x7” watercolor on paper. So, wow. Would not have done this if not requested, but I’m loving the taped edges and was just wow’d by the difference in color of my watercolors on good paper. Might be doing more in this medium. What a month of exploration! July 26/30 painting.
