I am so pleased to present my newest block print. You may remember my posting of the wild rooster which travels through the neighborhood acting as sporatic alarm in the mornings. I decided to carve him. I then blew him up poster size and did larger silkscreens. I love the new large size!

Wildflower Unknown.

Anybody know the name of this crazy wildflower? It's about the size of a quarter with hundreds of tiny multicolored flowers, maybe a quarter inch in diameter, that make up the one. I remember the first time I ever saw one. I was probably three or four and thought I had discovered something truly fabulous. What's the name?

Ipad sketch using Sketchpad. (I think) Went to an art seminar with Becky "Zora" Bergeron and got my first taste of sketching on an IPad. I've been wanting an IPad for some time now, specifically for this purpose. It was fun. This is the wonderful person demonstrating Ipad usage. Great weekend!
